ONLINE COACHING & MENTORSHIP
Are you a combat sports athlete looking to increase your endurance, power and speed?
Do you constantly get overpowered by stronger opponents? Or maybe you get tired too quickly?
Do you want to start lifting free weights, but you’re afraid performing the exercises wrong and getting injured?
Do you have a hard time finding that ‘’hotspot’’ where you develop optimally?
Do you shift between overtrained and undertrained and never finding that optimal midpoint?
Do you need structure in your strength and conditioning so that you can focus on your sport?
Reps, sets, intensity, macrocycle, microcycle, periodization, exercise selection… Do all of those terms confuse you?
Do you feel like you pop some joint or get injured every time you train on your own?
Evidence based
All my methodology is grounded in time-proven and evidence-based fundamentals. There’s no guesswork or flashy gimmicks in my approach.
Weekly programs
You will receive programming tailored to your individual makeup, goals, and sport on a weekly basis. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions here.
Analysis & Feedback
I will continually enhance your execution through daily video analysis. You won’t be following the program blindly; you’ll receive constant feedback.
Constant support
I’ll address any questions you might have, whether big or small, via WhatsApp. There’s no limit to this service, and I encourage you to make the most of it.
HOW IT WORKS
- Fill out the form on this page (or DM on Instagram).
- We'll schedule a call on WhatsApp and discuss further.
- We begin with assessments to identify and analyze physical weaknesses and limitations.
- Within 24 hours, I will create the first week of your program, and we will get started.
I will personally create your program on a weekly basis—this is not a copy-paste program, and certainly not an algorithm. I will analyze all the lifts you submit after each session, typically the last set of every exercise. Everything will be adjusted to suit your greatest needs and individual weak points. Depending on your goals—strength, explosive power development, stamina, or mobility—I will tailor your plan accordingly.

My style of coaching:
The science of sports involves a very complex task: people. They come in all shapes and sizes, rendering a one-size-fits-all solution useless. And unlike machines, people are emotional, volatile, and unpredictable. (We cannot program people by punching codes into them.) We must constantly assess what suits one individual, and what doesn’t. Furthermore, something might work for a while, but then it stops working (because living beings adapt)—a new approach must then be introduced.
You will not find too many generalized solutions here, and you will not see me overly preaching one methodology. I have no ‘’single best exercise’’—I only subscribe to a mixed-methods approach, and I don’t coach two athletes the same. The concept of individualization is a key component in my coaching.
For me, it’s not only a matter of coaching; but educating. I don’t believe in throwing a bunch of tasks for my athletes to perform without explaining the deeper meaning behind them. This will result in a mechanical approach and the athlete will feel as if he or she is simply doing a chore—I don’t want my athletes blindly following a routine in a robotic manner.
And above all, I want to raise enthusiasm. If there is one single factor that raises productivity better than all else in my experience, it is enthusiasm. When we set meaningful goals (short- and long-term), we create a game-like quality in our training, and it makes the whole process fun. If there is no enthusiasm, it becomes a chore; so this is a vital goal for me.
